I've had 3 HG pregnancies and thought we couldn't have more because of the severity and toll on the family. After doing more digging into HG causes, I stumbled across Jes in the HG Prevention World. While others seemed to have the basic cocktail of vitamins, Jes' knowledge was widespread and rooted in the belief that our bodies, even with HG, were trying to help us, not harm us; we could work with them, if we're willing to listen. This struck a chord with me and I signed up for her course. It is packed with helpful, practical information but is also educational to its core. I've learned so much and know *why* I'm taking a supplement or *what* support my body needs. I also had the chance to have a one-on-one call with Jes and found she's also a delightful person. I hope any mom scared of another pregnancy takes Jes' course and continues to learn from her. I'm now on my fourth pregnancy and filled with such hope!
I cannot recommend her and her course enough! She saved me this pregnancy and I will definitely be following her protocols for future ones as well! Prior I had two HG pregnancies that left me terrified of future ones, but I knew we weren’t done growing our family and I needed to find a root cause. I wasn’t getting answers from western medicine, just being prescribed anti emetics, which didn’t even get me to a point of functioning in previous pregnancies. Jes’s course offered totally different ideas than I had seen and she had multiple approaches for how to tackle what could be the cause for me individually. I love that she doesn’t have a “one size fits all” approach. She was available to chat at any and all times I needed additional support or had questions, she helped me brainstorm different solutions and ideas and I had the best pregnancy to date!
I’m on day 4 of taking all the supplements. It’s been two full days since I last threw up 🙌🏼 I am feeling increasingly better each day. I ran out of my prescription and had to cut it in half and I’ve been fine. I plan on to continue with decreasing the meds. I’ve been doing well implementing everything you sent.
